Any artisan, craft entrepreneur, SHG group, NGO, or small business dealing in handmade or traditional goods.

Q2: Is there a joining fee?

No. Joining is completely free.

Q3: What are the commission rates?

Til date, we do not any commission on sales.

Q4: How are payments settled?

Payments are settled directly to the seller’s bank account every 7–10 business days.

Q5: Do I need GST to sell?

For small-scale sellers without GST, we offer simplified onboarding options.

Q6: Can Karigar Samarthan help with product photography?

Yes. Professional photography assistance is available for select clusters.

Q7: How do I track my orders?

All order updates are visible inside the seller app.
