Standing Together in the Toughest Times
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, it didn’t just bring a health crisis – it created a human crisis. Families lost incomes overnight. Access to hospitals became harder. Many didn’t have food, oxygen, or even basic protection.
At J.S. Trust, we quickly shifted focus to emergency relief – because our communities needed help now, not later.
What We Did
- Distributed hundreds of meals and ration kits to families affected by lockdowns
- Provided oxygen cylinders and concentrators during the second wave
- Supplied face masks, gloves, sanitizers, and PPE kits to frontline workers and vulnerable families
- Supported migrant workers, daily wage earners, and the elderly through direct aid and referrals
- Helped cover medical costs for COVID-positive patients from low-income households
- Donated to the PMCares Fund for pan-India Covid relief
A People-First Response
We didn’t wait for big campaigns or funding.
We acted with urgency—relying on our volunteer network, local partners, and well-wishers to reach those who were falling through the cracks.
We saw pain, yes - but we also saw strength, kindness, and resilience.
That spirit continues to guide us, even beyond the pandemic.
