Dignity and Health for Every Girl and Woman
In many low-income homes, menstrual hygiene is still a taboo topic. Girls miss school. Women use unsafe alternatives. And health suffers in silence.
Through this project, J.S. Trust is changing that one pad at a time.
What We Do
Distribute sanitary pads in schools, hostels, and slum clusters
Run awareness sessions on menstrual hygiene and women’s health
Work with teachers, mothers, and peer volunteers to remove shame and stigma
Pilot reusable pad kits and sustainable hygiene products (in progress)
This isn’t just a health project - it’s a dignity project.
Because every girl deserves to feel safe, clean, and confident.
