You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the site is up-to-date, informative, accessible, and aligned with the Trust’s values and initiatives. Your work will help us better engage with donors, volunteers, and the communities we serve.
Audit the current website content and identify outdated or missing information.
Write and edit engaging, error-free content that communicates J.S. Trust’s mission, programs, and impact clearly.
Coordinate with program leads to gather updated information, success stories, and media assets.
Upload and format content on the website (training will be provided if you’re unfamiliar with the CMS).
Create/update pages for:
Current volunteer opportunities
Impact metrics and milestones
Ongoing healthcare and education programs
Donation methods and success stories
Ensure all content is accessible and bilingual (English and Hindi) where appropriate.
Strong writing and editing skills in English; working knowledge of Hindi.
Some experience with websites or a willingness to learn (especially WordPress or a similar CMS).
Proficiency in Google Docs and Canva.
Detail-oriented, with a good eye for tone, grammar, and clarity.
